Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

2.1  To register and maintain an Account on bar88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. bar88 does not permit gambling by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and with full understanding that gambling involves financial risk.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or operating in a professional capacity as a sports trader, arbitrage bettor, or matched-betting service provider.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of bar88 or any of its affiliated studios, payment providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by bar88 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.2  bar88 targets the Indonesia market and is designed for use by Indonesian residents. Players from Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Makassar, and across the Indonesian archipelago are welcome, subject to these terms. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their specific jurisdiction.

2.3  bar88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in any such request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration

3.1  Each Player may hold only one Account on bar88. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2  At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and may update it by contacting customer support.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bar88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bar88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4  Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bar88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or following any flagged transaction. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Indonesian Passport (Paspor Republik Indonesia)
• Driver's Licence issued by the Republic of Indonesia (SIM)
• Bank statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming the payment method registered to the Account
• Selfie photograph with a government-issued ID document

3.5  bar88 processes all KYC documentation securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are not shared with third parties except as required to complete identity verification, comply with applicable regulations, or prevent fraud.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1  Accepted Payment Methods

bar88 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Accepted payment methods currently include:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• Digital wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

bar88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice provided via the Platform.

4.2  Deposits

Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. bar88 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bar88 bears no responsibility.

4.3  Withdrawals

4.3.1  Withdrawal requests are processed by bar88 between 08:00 and 22:00 WIB on all days of the year. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next processing window.

4.3.2  The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.3.3  Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bar88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. bar88 reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request where the destination account name does not match the verified Account name.

4.3.4  bar88 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or other prohibited conduct pending investigation.

4.4  Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bar88 may apply a monthly dormancy fee of up to Rp 10.000 against the Wallet balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and contact customer support.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1  bar88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting fixtures. The specific terms, wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods for each promotion are set out in the individual offer documentation published on the Platform at the time the offer is made.

5.2  Unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless otherwise specified. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer; unused bonus credit will expire automatically upon the end of the validity period.

5.3  The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus credit, cancellation of related pending withdrawals, and may result in Account suspension:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts to claim a first-deposit or new-player bonus more than once
• Coordinating with other Players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements through matched or offset bets
• Systematically placing low-risk wagers across multiple outcomes (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring") with the sole purpose of clearing wagering requirements at minimal risk
• Providing false or incomplete registration information to qualify for a promotion

5.4  bar88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, bar88 will honour the credited bonus up to the point of withdrawal but may apply additional verification requirements.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1  All wagers placed on bar88 are final once confirmed. bar88 does not accept requests to amend, cancel, or reverse a confirmed wager except in the specific circumstances set out below.

6.2  bar88 reserves the right to void any wager where:

• The wager was placed at odds that were displayed in error due to a technical fault or human error ("palpable error"), and the correct odds were materially different from those displayed
• The relevant sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without rescheduling within 48 hours of the original start time
• The wager relates to an event whose outcome was known at the time the bet was placed (late bets)
• There is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity affecting the event

6.3  Where a wager is voided, the original stake amount is returned to the Player's Wallet in full. No winnings are payable on voided wagers.

6.4  For live in-play betting markets, bar88 may suspend a market at any time during an event without prior notice. Any bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted and the stake will not be deducted from the Player's Wallet.

6.5  Game results for all casino titles — including slots, live dealer tables, and togel draws — are determined by independently certified random-number generators or live draw mechanisms. bar88 does not influence the outcome of any game. All game studios available on bar88, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, are subject to independent fairness auditing.

Prohibited Conduct

7.1  Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the bar88 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game or market in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game for financial gain — any winnings derived from a confirmed exploit are subject to forfeiture
• Colluding with other Players in poker, card games, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds of illicit origin
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service with the intent to circumvent geographic or IP-based restrictions
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting across bar88 markets or between bar88 and any other operator
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bar88 staff, customer support agents, or other Players

7.2  bar88 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bar88 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the Account, freeze the Wallet balance, void related wagers, withhold pending withdrawals, permanently close the Account, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Intellectual Property

8.1  All content on the bar88 Platform — including but not limited to the bar88 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bar88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2  Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

8.3  The game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Players may not record, stream, or distribute game footage from bar88 for commercial purposes without prior written consent from both bar88 and the relevant studio.

Privacy & Data

9.1  bar88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

Limitation of Liability

10.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bar88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount held in the Player's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arose.

10.2  bar88 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data stored on the Platform
• Interruption to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, power outages, or force majeure events
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to banks, e-wallet providers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja), or telecommunications networks
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content

10.3  Nothing in these Terms shall limit bar88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by bar88's negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Account Termination

11.1  Termination by the Player: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to customer support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, bar88 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining Wallet balance to your verified payment method, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied, and will deactivate the Account within five (5) business days.

11.2  Termination by bar88: bar88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Confirmed use of prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive

11.3  Where an Account is closed by bar88 due to a breach of these Terms, bar88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Wallet balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, the remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

Amendments to These Terms

12.1  bar88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — bar88 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered to your Account.

12.2  Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 11.1.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to bar88's operating jurisdiction. bar88 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform compliant with SSL Encryption and Provably Fair Games standards.

13.2  In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and bar88, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bar88's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, the Player must submit a written complaint to [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. bar88 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

13.3  bar88 acknowledges that the majority of its Players are residents of Indonesia. Players who are residents of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age are reminded that it is their sole responsibility to comply with applicable Indonesian law when accessing and using the Platform.

13.4  If the internal dispute resolution process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
